ONE-On-ONE EXECUTIVE
COACHING

One-on-one coaching is designed for new leaders navigating the shift from high performer to effective leader. The first months in a new role bring pressure, visibility, and unspoken expectations. Over a focused 3, 6, or 12 month engagement, we meet 2–3 times per month to clarify what success truly looks like, sharpen strategic thinking, strengthen delegation, and build sustainable leadership habits for energy, focus, and impact. You bring real-time challenges including difficult conversations, competing priorities, team dynamics, and together we translate them into confident decisions, stronger judgment, and a leadership presence that matches your new level of responsibility.
This is a collaborative engagement focused on strengthening the systems around the leader. In advisory work, we co-design practical tools, decision-making frameworks, team structures, transition roadmaps, and actionable recommendations tailored to your organization. Advisory engagements produce tangible outputs, such as workflow or process frameworks; team structure and alignment recommendations; and decision-making templates or strategic playbooks. The goal is simple: translate strategy into usable systems that support sustainable growth, reduce overwhelm, and create lasting clarity.

Team Coaching

When a leader steps into a new or expanded role, their team is adjusting too. Team coaching strengthens how the team works together so the leader isn’t carrying the system alone. We focus on alignment, trust, role clarity, communication, and shared accountability so teams can make decisions effectively, manage change, and support their organization's success. Examples of impact: strengthened team decision-making, reduced friction and confusion around responsibilities, increased collective capacity so work doesn’t rely on one overextended leader, and early recognition of team stress and burnout risks, with strategies to maintain engagement and resilience.
Small, curated cohorts bring together leaders navigating similar transitions to create a structured space for peer learning, reflection, and accountability. Participants gain fresh perspective and practical problem-solving for real-time challenges, opportunities to practice leadership skills in a supportive environment, and tools and reflection exercises that build self-awareness and help prevent burnout. The cohort format also strengthens follow-through, providing accountability for implementing plans and initiatives. Unlike one-on-one coaching, these groups offer a collaborative learning community with peers who understand the realities and pressures of expanded leadership responsibility.
